Information 关于 Your Bill
The 学生账户 Office processes student billing statements and accepts payments. Since we have gone green, student billing statements are only available electronically on 自助服务. If a balance is owed, students will receive monthly notices through their AU email address to log on to 自助服务 for the payment due amount. For billing questions or refund requests (which can be made after you attend your first class), contact 学生账户.
Information on Payments & How to 付款
All fees and charges must be paid in full before registration becomes valid and before a student can reside in University facilities or attend classes. Interest will be charged on all past due balances at a rate of 1.5 percent monthly. Only students with a zero balance will be allowed to register for subsequent semesters, and graduating students must have accounts paid in full before they receive their diploma. No person may have a transcript of his/her record until the account is paid in full.
